Privacy Notice.

Last updated: April 2026 · Version 1.1

This Privacy Notice explains how the Inspiring Children Foundation ("ICF," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide when you register for or interact with the Not Alone Corporate Challenge ("NACC") at notalonechallenge.org.

The Inspiring Children Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation incorporated in the State of Nevada. The 2026 NACC pilot programme is operated in the United States. By using this site or registering for NACC, you agree to the practices described in this Notice.

1. Information we collect

When you register for the Not Alone Corporate Challenge — either as a company or as an individual — we collect the following information through our registration form (powered by Tally.so):

From all registrants

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your selected donation tier and amount
  • Your consent preferences (public directory listing, newsletter opt-in)

From corporate registrants additionally

  • Your company name (legal and display name)
  • Your job title
  • Approximate number of employees
  • Company address and city

When you make a donation

Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. ICF does not store your full payment card details. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction and a partial reference (last four digits) for our records.

When you visit our website

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects information about your device, browser, IP address (anonymised), pages visited, and time spent. See section 7 for details.

2. Why we collect it

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Badge fulfilment: to issue your unique numbered badge and send it to you for World Mental Health Day.
  • Donation processing: to process payments via Stripe and issue donation receipts for tax purposes where applicable.
  • Public directory: to publish your name or your company's name on the Not Alone public directory, but only if you have explicitly opted in during registration.
  • Communications: to contact you about your registration, send your badge, and send newsletter updates if you have opted in (see section 6).
  • Programme operations: to operate the Not Alone Corporate Challenge, including coordinating with internal champions at registered companies.
  • Website improvement: to understand how visitors use notalonechallenge.org and improve the experience.
  • Legal compliance: to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

3. Who can see your information

Internal access: Your information is accessible only to designated ICF staff and contractors who need it to operate the NACC programme.

Public directory: Your name (individual) or company name (corporate) will appear on the Not Alone public directory only if you opted in during registration. If you chose to remain anonymous, your name is stored securely by ICF and will not appear publicly.

Service providers we use:

  • Tally.so — registration form processing
  • Airtable — secure database for registration records
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Brevo — newsletter and email communications
  • Webflow — website hosting
  • Google Analytics — website usage statistics

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and is contractually obligated to handle your information securely.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your email address with partners, sponsors, or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Legal exceptions: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ICF, our staff, or others. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, ICF is also required by U.S. federal tax law to maintain donor records and report certain donor information to the Internal Revenue Service on our annual return (IRS Form 990). Donor information reported to the IRS for compliance purposes is not made public.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Notice:

  • Registration records: retained for the duration of your participation in the programme, plus 7 years to comply with US nonprofit record-keeping requirements.
  • Newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Donation records: retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
  • Anonymous analytics data: retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.

You may request earlier deletion of your information at any time (see section 5), subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
  • Withdraw consent: withdraw consent for the public directory, newsletter, or other optional uses at any time.
  • Opt out of newsletter: unsubscribe via the link in any email we send.
  • Object to processing: object to certain types of data processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@inspiringchildren.org. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email above.

6. Communications and consent

Where you have given explicit consent by ticking the newsletter opt-in box during registration, the Inspiring Children Foundation will use the email address you provided to send you:

  • Updates about the Not Alone Corporate Challenge and related annual campaigns.
  • News and updates from ICF about its mission, programmes, and supporter community.
  • Mental health awareness content, resources, and campaign materials produced or curated by ICF.
  • Information about partner organisations, sponsors, and affiliated initiatives, where ICF considers this content relevant to our mission. All such emails will be sent by ICF directly; we do not share your email address with partners, sponsors, or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Your consent is confirmed via a double opt-in process: after ticking the consent box, you will receive a confirmation email and must click the confirmation link before you are added to any mailing list. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting privacy@inspiringchildren.org.

Transactional emails: Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you essential transactional emails about your badge, donation receipt, or account.
